1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for programs, purchasing memberships, or participating in any services offered by Impact Kids Martial Arts Academy 2 Inc, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Programs & Services

We offer martial arts classes, after school childcare with pickup, camps, private training, class packs, and promotional memberships. All services are subject to availability and licensing capacity.

3.  Membership Terms

All recurring memberships automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Billing is processed through MyStudio.

Monthly Memberships:

Month to month billing. Automatically renews unless cancelled prior to next billing cycle.

Term Memberships:

3 month, 6 month, or 12 month terms may automatically renew unless cancelled prior to renewal date.

Class Packs:

Non refundable. Non transferable. Cannot be shared. Expire as stated in agreement. Not redeemable for cash.

4. After School Program

Enrollment secures a licensed childcare space for the defined School Year, September 1 to June 30. Tuition is based on space reservation, not attendance.

No refunds, credits, or prorations for absences, illness, vacations, school closures, or early withdrawal.
Paid in full packages are strictly non refundable and non transferable.

5. Cancellation Policy

Martial Arts Memberships require 15 days written notice prior to next billing cycle.
After School weekly or monthly memberships require 1 full calendar month written notice.
Paid in full packages are non refundable under all circumstances.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided within 15 days of initial martial arts membership purchase.
After that period, no refunds or credits will be issued.

7. Assumption of Risk

Participation in martial arts training and related activities involves inherent risk including serious injury or death. Participants voluntarily assume all risks.

8. Limitation of Liability

Impact Kids Martial Arts Academy 2 Inc is not liable for injuries arising from participation or for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, text, and media are property of Impact Kids Martial Arts Academy 2 Inc.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
