Tiny Tigers (Children Ages 3-6)

Our engaging martial arts classes for children aged 3 to 6 provide a fun and exciting way to build confidence, coordination, and focus. Through playful activities and age-appropriate exercises, young learners improve their fitness while developing essential skills like balance, teamwork, and listening. Our supportive instructors guide each child on a journey of self-discovery, helping them learn discipline and respect in a safe, encouraging environment. Junior Champions (Children Ages 7-12)

At what age can my child begin martial arts?

We welcome kids ages 3 and up. Our classes are age-appropriate and are designed to help kids develop essential life skills

We specialize in traditional Muay Thai/Kickboxing tailored to empower kids to learn fundamental martial arts skills in a fun, safe environment.

How long are the classes? How often should my child attend?

Classes for kids aged 3-5 are usually 30 minutes, and classes for kids (aged 6 and above) are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. Classes are conveniently scheduled six days a week. We recommend attending 2-3 classes per week to see progress and gain the best benefits

What should my child wear to class?

Your child should wear comfortable clothing (such as a T-shirt and athletic pants). Once your child is enrolled, we supply them with a uniform.
