Adult Programs:

Adults find TaeKwon-Do rewarding for various reasons whether it is for great exercise and cardio-conditioning, self-defense training, confidence building or to have a great family activity together with their children, TaeKwon-Do fits the bill. Whatever the reason, Impact Martial Arts provides a comfortable and safe environment while offering challenges to help you grow. Both men and women enjoy many benefits TaeKwon-Do offers. Classes are adapted to meet the needs and challenges of our students. This is an exciting way to get fir physically, stay sharp mentally and be a better person because of the self-discipline that is developed because of this art.

 
Children Programs:

Through a structured curriculum, children not only learn the physical skills of the martial arts but various life skills such as goal setting, leadership, team work, respect, responsibility, work ethic and positive mental attitude. Many satisfied parents have provided written and verbal testimonials on how training at Impact Martial Arts has improved their children's confidence, focus, attitude, discipline and respect as well as improved grades in school. The classes are high energy and provide an exciting avenue to learn, grow and stay healthy.

 
Little Dragons:

This program is for 4, 5 and 6 year old children. This class focuses on may character building skills such as discipline, respect, attitude and focus as well as working on balance, coordination and motor skills through the use of fundamental martial arts training. Through this program children are prepared to enter into the regular children's martial arts classes.

 
Elite Training Program:

Students may enroll in an upgraded program that allows them to not only have the great TaeKwon-Do program, but to enjoy a weapons class, leadership development class, mixed martial arts class, ju jitsu class, competitive training and other skills based activities.

 
Boxing and Kick Boxing Training Program:

For students that want full-contact competition and training we teach both boxing and kick boxing. Local competitions are held if the student desires. Many take this course to improve their cardio-vascular health. Students are required to work toward a high-cardio and strength condition. Classes focus on combat in the ring.

 
Cardio-Kick Boxing Program:

Students will enjoy an aerobics class that is based on rhythmic martial arts and boxing moves. The class is never boring and students will work up a sweat to some great music. For all who want to get into shape, this class focuses on cardio, strength and flexibility training to improve your health.
